Fun games involving throwing, catching, and hitting Activities to develop balance, agility, and coordination. Introduction to basic tennis movements. A supportive and encouraging environment. Lots of energy, smiles, and confidence-building. No previous experience is needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to have fun!

Red Ball

Our Red Ball sessions are designed for children aged 5–8, offering a fun and structured introduction to tennis using smaller courts and slower balls. In this session, players will start to develop basic tennis skills including rallying, serving, and movement, all through engaging drills and games. The use of red balls (which are softer and slower) helps children build confidence and control as they learn. Sessions are active, social, and focused on learning through play, with plenty of opportunities to hit lots of balls and enjoy the game.

Orange/Green Ball

Our Orange & Green Ball sessions are ideal for players aged 8–11 who are developing their tennis skills and starting to play on larger courts. These sessions build on the fundamentals, helping players improve their technique, consistency, and understanding of the game. Using orange and green balls (which bounce lower and travel at a more manageable speed than full tennis balls), players can develop confidence while learning to rally, serve, and compete. Sessions are a mix of drills, match-based play, and fun challenges, designed to keep players engaged while progressing their skills.

Junior Yellow Ball

Our Junior Yellow Ball sessions are designed for older or more experienced junior players who are ready to play with full yellow balls on a full-size court. These sessions focus on developing more advanced technique, consistency, and tactical awareness, helping players build confidence in both practice and match situations. Players will work on all aspects of the game, including groundstrokes, serves, volleys, and point construction. Sessions combine technical coaching with match-based play, giving players the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in a competitive but supportive environment.
