The session is designed for intermiediate and advanced players looking to improve their technique, consistency, and tactical understanding of the game. Sessions include a mix of high-energy drills, point-based exercises, and competitive scenarios focusing on rally consistency, movement, positioning, and decision making.
Players will work on developing their match play skills while enjoying a social and competitive training envirionment. Suitable for players who are comfortable rallying and lookinhg to challenge themselves with structured drills and live point play.
