Our very own 'Adults Get Back To Tennis' courses are suitable for ALL adults who want to get back to tennis and brush up on their existing skills. Themes will cover basic techniques, tactics and court positioning to enable you to enjoy playing all game formats. We will introduce singles and doubles play as we progress through the course. These sessions are a great first stepping stone into the tennis club.
