This 'Adults Get Back To Tennis' course is suitable for ALL adults who want to return to tennis and brush up on their existing skills. Themes will cover basic techniques, tactics and court positioning to enable you to enjoy playing all game formats. We will introduce singles and doubles play as we progress through the course. This is for you if you want to take your game to the next level. You’ll learn a range of tactics and strategies which you’ll find useful whether you play socially or competitively.
