Pickleball Session with Coach John Henderson
Pickleball is a fun and fast-paced sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court with a slightly modified tennis net. Using solid paddles made of wood or composite materials, two or four players hit a perforated polymer ball over the net.
This session, led by experienced coach John Henderson, is ideal for players who have already learned the basics of pickleball and are ready to further develop their skills.
