Open to All Tennis sessions that aim to encourage adults living in the local community to take part in weekly exercise in a fun and friendly environment. The session is open to adults of all abilities and tennis experience, from people who have played for years, to people who have never picked up a racquet! Each session will be run by Head Coach Matt Hillman, who is a qualified and accreditaed LTA coach. Sessions will be be a mix of tennis drills, exercises and matches - focusing on fun and enjoyment!
