Our adult coaching programme offers a clear pathway from beginners through to advanced players across our Wednesday, Thursday and Friday sessions.
We run level-based groups for all level players, so you can join the class that matches your current game and your goals. Each session blends technical coaching, tactical themes and game-based drills, helping you develop reliable strokes, smarter shot selection and more confidence in matchplay.
Across the week you can build a consistent routine, train with players of a similar standard and enjoy a friendly, supportive coaching environment. Whether you’re new to tennis, returning after a break or looking to push your performance, there’s an adult session designed for you.
