For the complete beginner. The head coach will teach a variety of tennis techniques from the forehand, backhand, volley and the serve. The coach will get you to a good playing level to be confident to hit with individuals outside of the coaching environment. The session will comprise of 45/60 mins of coaching followed by approximately 30 mins of social hitting time or a chance to play some competitive points should you wish.
