How does the BTM Ballot work?

This ballot is for all Adult (18+) and Junior (9-17) Affiliate British Tennis Members (BTMs) who are linked to a LTA Registered Venue. 

Existing BTMs will need to have met the below eligibility criteria by 17 February 2017 to be entered into the 2017 ballot.

How do I know if I'm eligible?

  • You are an Adult (18+) or Junior (9-17) active ‘Affiliated’ BTM
  • Your venue(s) are linked to your BTM record
  • You have opted in to the Wimbledon Ballot

How does the BTM Ballot work?

This ballot is for all Adult (18+) and Junior (9-17) Non-Affiliate British Tennis Members (BTMs) who pay annually for their membership. 

BTMs will need to ensure they met the below eligibility criteria by 17 February 2017 to be entered into the 2017 BTM Ballot.  

How do I know if I'm eligible?

  • You are an Adult (18+) or Junior (9-17) active ‘Non-Affiliated’ BTM
  • You have opted in to the Wimbledon Ballot

BTM accessible seating ballot

What is the BTM Accessible Seating ballot?

There will be an accessible seating ballot run in 2017 for active Adult (18+) and Junior (9-17) British Tennis Members (BTMs) who have applied and hold a valid membership by midnight on 17 February 2017. 

Who can enter?

Adult and Junior BTMs who are wheelchair users or BTMs who are unable to negotiate many stairs in order to access seats and/or have a medically defined visual impairment or other medical condition which will prevent them from doing so.

When applying for the accessible seating ballot, BTMs are asked to stipulate why they are requesting to be considered in the accessible seating ballot and be prepared to provide evidence or documentation of their medical condition or disability if requested.

How can I enter?

Entry into the BTM Accessible ballot opened on 19 September 2016 and closed on 17 February 2017.

How will I know if I'm successful?

If you're successful in the BTM accessible seating ballot you will be notified by email. Successful BTMs will be notified from March 2017.
