Wimbledon Tennis Ballot Administrator

The British Tennis Membership (BTM) ballot is available for British Tennis Members at any LTA Registered clubs, parks or universities.

The LTA Venue Ballots for 2018 have now closed. Any remaining tickets were automatically balloted at midnight on Friday, 25 May. Any tickets that are declined or not accepted after this deadline will be returned to the LTA.

To be eligible for this ballot your venue needs to have Registered with the LTA for 2017-8 by 30 November 2017.

In 2018 the Wimbledon ticket allocations for The Championships will continue to be administered online as in 2017.

BTM Wimbledon Ballot 2018

Our priorities remain to:

  • Ensure that BTMs interested in attending The Championships are getting a better chance of receiving an offer of tickets.
  • Ensure the ticket allocation to venues is fair and equitable.

Venue allocations will be determined by the number of BTMs who meet all of the below criteria by 23 February 2018:

  • You are an Adult (18+) or Junior (11-17) active Lite or Team Member
  • Your venue(s) are linked to your BTM record.
  • You have Opted In to the Wimbledon Ballot.

2018 Opt In

From 20 September 2017 until 23 February 2018 all Adult (18+) and Junior (11-17) Lite and Team BTMs were able to Opt In to the Wimbledon Ballot 2018 via the Members' area of the LTA website.

BTMs must have Opted In by 23 February 2018 to count towards a venue’s allocation of tickets and to be entered into a venue’s ballot.

No existing or new BTMs joining after 23 February 2018 will be able to Opt In after this date to be included in the Wimbledon Ballot 2018.

Online Ballot System

Ballot Administrators will continue to use the online system. This can be accessed by the Ballot Administrator through the Members Area of the LTA website. Further information can be found by logging in to your Ballot Administrator area.

How do I give access to my Ballot Administrator?

The role of Ballot Administrator can be given by a Place to Play Administrator. This can be done through the work force section once logged into the Members’ area of the website.

What support is available to help me?

There is a Wimbledon Ballot Opt In Toolkit to support Ballot Administrators with the promotion of Opt In.

You can also contact the LTA Customer Services team by emailing wimbledonballot@lta.org.uk or by calling 0208 487 7000 and selecting option 1.
