Ballot Administrator

The BTM Venue ballot is available for British Tennis Members at any registered clubs, parks or universities.

To be eligible for this ballot your venue needed to have Registered with the LTA for 2016-7 by November 30, 2016.

In 2017 the Wimbledon ticket allocations for The Championships will continue to be administered online as in 2016.

The overall ticket allocation available to venues remains the same in 2017 as it was in 2016. 

BTM Wimbledon Ballot 2017 

Our priorities remain:

  • Ensuring that BTMs interested in attending The Championships are getting a better chance of receiving an offer of tickets. 
  • Ensuring the ticket allocation to venues is fair and equitable.

Venue allocations will be determined by the number of BTMs who met all of the below criteria by February, 17 2017:

  • You are an Adult (18+) or Junior (9-17) active ‘Affiliated’ BTM
  • Your venue(s) are linked to your BTM record
  • You have opted in to the Wimbledon Ballot

2017 Opt In

All existing Adult and Junior BTMs had from September 19, 2016 to February 17, 2017 to Opt In, and count towards a venue’s allocation of tickets and be entered into a venue’s ballot.

Any new Affiliated BTM joining after the February 17, 2017 will still be able to Opt In, no later than 24 hours before their venue’s ballot is due to take place. 

Online Ballot System

Ballot Administrators will continue to use the online system. This can be accessed by the Ballot Administrator through the Members Area of the LTA website. Further information can be found by logging in to your Ballot Administrator area. 

How do I give access to my Ballot Administrator?

The role of Ballot Administrator can be given by a Place to Play Administrator. This can be done through the Workforce section once logged into the Members' Area of the website.
