Dunne wrapped up her first title of the year at the W25 Foxhills event. The 28-year-old stormed to the final without dropping a set before eventually coming out on top in a three-set epic against Australia's Talia Gibson, 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 in the final.
July
Dunne headed to the W25 Roehampton event where she reached the quarter-final before bowing out to Korea's Sohyun Park, 6-3, 6-4.
December
Dunne lifted her first ITF trophy of the year in December at the W15 Sharm ElSheikh event. Dunne cruised her way through to the final where she faced Egypt's Lamis Alhussein Abdel Aziz and clinched a 6-2, 6-2 win to claim the title.
Dunne then carried the winning momentum on to clinch a second title in Sharm ElSheikh. The Brit cruised through to the final where she met France's Nahia Berecoechea and outfoxed her opponent 6-3, 6-2 to lift her second trophy in seven days.
Semi final of ITF $25k in Potchefstroom, SA, retiring against Sam Murray Sharan.
Reached semi finals of ITF $25k in Osaka, Japan in February and quarters in Obidos, Portugal and Fukuoka, Japan $25k competitions. Won the ITF $60k in Les Franqueses Del Valles in April, beating home favourite Paula Badosa in the final.
Winning first ITF Pro-Circuit title at Rethymno, Crete in 2013 where she also clinched the doubles title. Making Junior Wimbledon debut in 2010 and winning four Junior ITF titles.
Katy began playing tennis at Batchwood Tennis Club in St Albans. She represented GB in consecutive age groups from 12U to 18U and in 2010 she won 16U Aegon British Junior National Championships. Awarded wild card into qualifying singles for Wimbledon and main draw doubles with Katie Boulter in 2017.
