How can I opt in to the LTA Youth Schools ballot?

You can opt in to the LTA Youth Schools ballot via the Wimbledon Ballot page which is located within the Primary and Secondary sections of the website.
The ballot is the same for Primary and Secondary schools.
The opt in is now open and will close on 4th November.
