Within the LTA Venue Registration process, click on section 5 - 'Insurance' and follow the simple steps. If you are completing the Howden risk assessment you will be sent to their risk assessment form all from within the venue registration system.

Please note, you will not be able to complete the risk assessment for the following year until the venue registration window opens for that year.
