The first step would be to get in touch with a current 'Main Contact' for the Venue Registration Portal at your venue and ask them to make the change in the venue registration portal by following the below steps:
- Login to the Venue Registration Portal.
- Navigate to the 'Basic Details' section.
- Select 'Contact Details' sub section.
- Scroll down to the Main Contact box.
- Here you can edit the current main contact, and by selecting 'edit', where you can remove this contact entirely if required. Please make sure you have added a new main contact before you remove an old main contact
- To add a new main contact simply select the 'add new contact' and follow the steps - Once the changes have been made click Save and Continue at the bottom of the page You must first be attached to your venue via the LTA member area to be added as a Main Contact.
If the only main contact linked to your venue has left the club please contact our Customer Support Team using the enquiry form.
