We are Looking for a coach who is comfortable in all areas of padel coaching:

🎾Development and Performance Junior Padel
🎾Beginners to Advanced Adult Groups
🎾 School's Coaching
🎾 Holiday Camps
🎾 1-2-1 Lessons
🎾 Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word

The position is for an early September 2025 start and the successful applicant will hit the ground running with the anticipated demand for padel being very high. Please note we expect our coaches to be able to work evenings and 1 day at weekends.

The successful applicant will received sponsored padel, clothing and bags via our company partnership with Tecnifibre.

Down The Line Tennis & Padel Academy is based at York St John University Sports Park just 1 mile from York City Centre. York is an amazing place to live and work steeped in history and culture.

We are looking for a coach who:

🎾 Has a minimum of 3 years full-time coaching experience
🎾 Is passionate about padel and teaching padel
🎾 Is comfortable working as part of a team
🎾 Has excellent timekeeping
🎾 Has great interpersonal skills
🎾 Has high personal standards
🎾 Is a great role model for our players
