We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 2 coach (or someone currently working towards the qualification) to join our team at David Lloyd Worthing.

You will play a key role in delivering a variety of group sessions across our junior and adult programmes, supporting our players’ development in a fun and professional environment. Coaches at this level are also encouraged to offer private hitting sessions as they build their on-court experience.

This role includes weekday, evening, and weekend hours, with scope for further progression within the club.

David Lloyd Worthing offers exceptional facilities, including 5 premium indoor carpet courts and 2 outdoor courts, ideal for year-round coaching. The venue also features a versatile multi-purpose hall, a state-of-the-art gym, spa facilities, and both indoor and outdoor pools, providing a comprehensive fitness and wellness experience.

Our racquets community is large, vibrant, and active, with a diverse range of programmed activities running daily. There is no shortage of opportunity for a coach to immerse themselves in a growing programme!
