| The Head Tennis Coach will be required to manage and co-ordinate a team of tennis coaches to deliver our tennis courses to the required standards, specifications and guidelines set out by Everyone Active. The role will include 15 hours on court coaching to deliver the Centre's programme (£22 per hour), plus 8 hours off-court administration hours (£12.21 per hour), and the ability to increase hours through individual lessons on a self-employed basis. |
Taunton Tennis Centre is an LTA registered venue with six indoor and six outdoor tennis courts, based at Blackbrook Leisure Centre & Spa, which has a gym, swimming pool, sports hall, dance studio and spa in addition to the tennis. The Centre is part of a network of 240 plus Centres run by Everyone Active.
We are looking for a Level 4 LTA Accredited + tennis coach, or someone working towards their Level 4. This person should have good communication and administration skills, and have experience of managing a tennis programme / other coaches. A satisfactory DBS check will be required for this role.
