First Advantage Tennis - Tennis Coaching role

This role has two functions deliver coaching services across venues in North Wales for First Advantage Tennis and support the owner to deliver individual lessons to players in the North Wales Tennis Academy program

1. Coaching at multiple venues across North Wales growing the game of Tennis and supporting partnership clubs with increased membership.

2. Support with the development of up and coming young Tennis players in our Academy Tennis program delivering 121 lessons and small group coaching

The initial work program starts with 15 hours a week during term time with the opportunity to quickly become full time for the right person.

First Advantage Tennis has been running Tennis coaching for many years. Recently due to the owners relocation the focus has been back specifically in North Wales.

First advantage Tennis has a track record of supporting coaches through their qualifications and training to achieve the highest levels.

We are looking for candidates with:
● LTA Level 2 qualification or above with Accreditation
● Current LTA Registration/Licence
● Proven experience in coaching groups for all levels of groups/individuals
● Proven track record in working with children in schools and clubs
● You will be a team player, but also able to work on your own initiative
