Linkside Lawn Tennis Club is looking to hire a self-employed LTA Level 3 (or higher) accredited coach.

The club is committed to supporting and promoting tennis coaching while working closely with our coaches to help manage lesson demand and monitor player development.

Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver high-quality coaching to players of all ages and abilities, from Mini Tennis to Club-level groups.
•Run adult coaching sessions, including beginners, improvers, and advanced groups.
•Provide individual/private lessons to club members.
•Assist in running holiday camps and other coaching initiatives.
•Work collaboratively with the existing coaching partner to enhance the club’s coaching programme.
•Contribute to the growth of coaching participation and player development at the club.

Linkside Lawn Tennis Club is a friendly and welcoming community tennis club with a strong membership base and a commitment to player development at all levels. Located in a beautiful setting, the club offers excellent facilities and a vibrant tennis environment for players of all ages and abilities.

Our club features 7 outdoor, well-maintained courts, comprising 5 floodlit artificial grass courts and 2 floodlit artificial clay courts, providing year-round playing opportunities. We have an active coaching programme, social tennis sessions and competitive teams in local leagues.

We are looking for candidates with:

•LTA Level 3 or above Qualified Coach with Accreditation+.
•Current LTA Registration/Licence.
•Experienced in coaching both juniors and adults, with a proven track record of running successful group and individual sessions.
•Has the ability to engage and motivate players of all levels.
•A driven coach with a passion for developing their own tennis business within a thriving club environment.
•A strong team player who can also work independently and show initiative.
•Good organisational skills and a professional approach to coaching.
•Experienced in engaging, recruiting, and coordinating volunteers effectively.
