Full Time Tennis Coach needed in Kent
This role involves leading and delivering high-quality tennis coaching to players of all ages and abilities, with a strong focus on individual development and enjoyment of the game. You will play a key part in planning and running group and individual sessions, supporting player progression, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. As part of a large and supportive coaching team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency, share best practices, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the coaching programme. The role also includes mentoring junior coaches, assisting with programme development, and helping to deliver events, competitions, and holiday camps.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable coach with a genuine passion for player development and teamwork. You should be confident coaching a wide range of ages and abilities, adapting your approach to engage, challenge, and inspire each individual. Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
You will be organised, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards in every session. A growth mindset and willingness to learn, share ideas, and support others in the team are key, as is the ability to contribute to the planning and delivery of a varied coaching programme. Leadership potential, a positive attitude, and a team-first mentality are highly valued.
