Full time coach to take over already existing 30+ hour schedule.
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Full-Time Tennis Coach to join our well-established programme. The role covers a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a strong foundation of existing junior groups, individual lessons, and school partnerships already in place.
One of our main coaches is moving on, so the incoming coach will walk into a fully loaded schedule with opportunities to build even further.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and assist in junior group coaching, from Mini Red through to performance players
Deliver school tennis programmes at local primary and secondary schools
Coach adults of all abilities, both in groups and 1:1 settings
Run Cardio Tennis and other high-energy adult fitness sessions
Support delivery of holiday camps, club competitions, and events
Build strong relationships with players, parents, and the wider community
Contribute to growing participation and retention across all age groups

Requirements :
LTA Level 2 (minimum), Level 3 preferred
LTA Accreditation or Accreditation+
Strong experience and confidence in:
Junior coaching (essential)
Schools coaching (essential)
Adult group coaching (essential)
Cardio Tennis or similar fitness-based sessions (essential)
A friendly, proactive coaching style with great communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Bishop Sutton Tennis Club (BSTC) is a friendly and thriving community tennis hub located in the heart of the Chew Valley. We operate across two sites: five courts at our main club in Bishop Sutton (four floodlit), and four floodlit hard courts at Chew Valley School. Facilities include a dedicated Kidzone, practice wall, and new Pickleball courts.
We deliver a comprehensive coaching programme for juniors and adults of all levels and proudly compete in multiple local leagues. Coaching is run in partnership with the Chew Valley Tennis coaching team, led by experienced Head Coach Michal Kopacki.
