*Both organisations are community-focussed, delivering inspirational programmes that are fully inclusive. They are both dedicated to supporting, developing and mentoring their coaches

*The two business owners were initially colleagues, but have since become friends running separate businesses, both sharing the same professional values

*The job would be fully employed, but shared between the two organisations
Uniform would be provided for both organisations

20 hours per week will be salaried, with regular delivery including group coaching and schools delivery (including nurseries)

*Extra employed hours will be paid as overtime, e.g. delivering individual lessons

*Minimum LTA Level 3 coach and Accredited+

Absolute Tennis

Established in 2010, Absolute Tennis runs coaching programs from Knightwood Leisure Centre, Chandlers Ford & The Mountbatten School, Romsey. AT has many links with local primary schools and nurseries offering an extensive program which currently coaches approximately 425 children & adults a week.


Totton & Eling Tennis Club

Serving Tennis is a family run business which is county renowned for its contribution to tennis over the years. The club has an impressive club house & floodlit tennis courts offering a welcome club for any new member!

*Applications are encouraged from coaches with a "growth and retention mindset", and who have a personal desire to develop professionally

*An understanding of higher-level playing (e.g. county) is preferable, as technical and tactical development of participants is a fundamental principle of both organisations

*Applicants will need to be independently mobile between the two organisations, however, hours will be organised in blocks to minimise travel time

*Minimum LTA Level 3 coach and Accredited+
