Community Coach


Passionate about growing grassroots participation in the game of tennis? We are looking for a coach, with the ability to help drive a coaching programme across Ashfield and Mansfield in Nottinghamshire, as part of a significant LTA investment in the facilities.
We are looking for applications with a minimum of an Accredited, Level 2 LTA qualification, as we know many Level 2 coaches would be ideal for this role. The project will involve opening tennis up to all areas of the community including disability specific, in school delivery of lessons, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and other groups to ensure the local community is informed of the tennis opportunities available to them. A role with the opportunity to really impact upon tennis and drive grassroots participation. Potential for percentage based pay to increase earning for coaches successful in growing participation.
We Do Tennis C.I.C is a not-for-profit coaching operator that aims to grow the game of tennis in the UK. We support coaches, clubs, and local authorities in helping players on their tennis journey, from playgrounds to performance. We have significant support in place, including full time employed staff focusing on all areas of tennis including Education, Disability, Parks, Participation and On Court Delivery. In addition, we have a full-time administration team to help support all areas of our business.
