As Padel Coach you will help to develop and be responsible for delivering a comprehensive padel programme, leading to increased participation and customer growth and retention. Excellent customer service and satisfaction are central.

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver effective padel coaching sessions for individuals and groups, catering to various skill levels.
Deliver private tuition, group lessons and host social tournaments.
Provide clear and concise instruction, demonstrating proper strokes, footwork, and positioning.
Motivate and encourage players, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Maintain a safe and inclusive coaching atmosphere, adhering to all safety protocols.
Help train and coach junior team members, to improve their padel technique and coaching skills.
May participate in promotional activities and help grow the padel community within the venue.
