This is an employed position with the National Tennis Association. This consists of two venues featuring nine tennis courts, eight of which are floodlit. The coach will support a growing programme alongside the both Head Coaches in the coaching of the junior and adult timetable and other club activities. The Coach will also be taking on the responsibility of delivering at Molesford Prep School.
The role will be as a full time tennis coach with an initial 16 hours of core group delivery, plus the opportunity to quickly build 10-20 hours of individual coaching sessions.
On-court delivery consists of delivering LTA Youth Start and established group sessions which includes the delivery of blue stage through to adult group sessions on Mondays to Friday plus larger group work such as School tasters and Holiday Camps. This leaves Saturday and Sunday for individual sessions should you wish to work.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver an individual coaching business across all venues, which, collectively, has a membership of over 450 players. There are no court fees to deliver individual coaching and the successful candidate will run a self employed coaching business alongside delivering a group coaching programme.
It is expected the group coaching hours will grow. The successful candidate will quickly build a minimum of 10 hours of regular individual coaching sessions (as we have a current waiting list)
The salary is based initially on 16 x hours of weekly group coaching across 47 weeks of the year at a starting annual salary of £11,750. The role is also expected to earn an additional £11,750 - £17,625 within your first year from individual coaching. The total package in year one has the earning potential of between £23,500 - £29,375.

The successful candidate must be experienced and comfortable working with kids aged 4-17 and be trained as an LTA Youth coach.
