We are seeking a career focused coach with a keen eye for development. This coach will be working on our group, camp and school programme as well as having the opportunity for a strong individual clientele. The coach will have the opportunity to work with all levels from beginner to county and learn from an experienced team.

Blackheath Tennis Club has been a centre hub for tennis in the London area. With a membership of 550 we range from players who are just starting to county and higher offering something for everyone. With 4 acrylic courts, 4 artificial clay and 3 grass and the club investing in many new projects Blackheath LTC is a fantastic place to work, socialise and play.

- Provide high-quality coaching sessions for players of all ages and skill levels, including beginners, high-level juniors, and adults.
- Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual players.
- Conduct group lessons, private lessons, and clinics to improve players' technique, strategy, and overall performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Monitor players' progress, provide feedback, and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and tournaments.

- Proven experience working with players of varying skill levels.
- Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail to plan and execute effective training sessions.
- Ability to adapt coaching style to meet the needs and learning styles of individual players.
