I have been a full time LTA coach for 20 years building up a wealth of experience in local schools.I have talent i.d’d kids & encouraged them to join local tennis club programmes. Introduced the LTA Mini Tennis Rally Awards giving children real rewards for their improvement. I’m a Davis Cup Legacy Coach & have implemented Tennis For Kids over the past 3 years. I have coached 8 juniors from grass roots to county level. Experienced in junior & adult team coaching, group coaching and individuals.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
