Volunteers to support Wells Carnival days for 2026

   Wednesday,  Aug 5th is at the Wells Town Tennis Club

   Friday,  Aug 7th is on the Buttlands

Tasks include:

Welcome visitors and ensure they are looked after in order of arrival, book in on arrival, take fees, allocate and manage court times, monitor wellbeing and general assistance. Sell refreshements (under consideration) only at the club event, not on the Buttlands.

The event at the Buttlands will include putting up/taking down mini-tennis nets but it is not too complex or demanding. All items needed will be delivered by start time.

Promote Wells Town Tennis Club and its facilities

We need your help so just choose the date/times you are available below and register. We're looking for 4 people per 90 minute slot and they should be marked full when all allocated - Many thanks
