Delivered in a safe, inclusive environment, sessions are full of fun games designed to make kids fitter, confident and more skilled. A participant pack is provided along with rewards for progress that will motivate them to be their own best.

Adults of all abilities can sign up for free coaching sessions with a qualified coach. Within the coaching session you will learn the basics and have the opportunity to play some points. The coach will be on hand to give you tips to help you improve your game and get you feeling comfortable on court.
