Family Time
Get on court with your family and have some fun. We’ll provide modified balls and rackets for the younger ones and coaches will be on hand to give you some pointers if you want them.

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by motivating music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.

Skills, Drills and friendly matches (coach led)

Join us in opening our brand new tennis courts.

10.30am to 11.30am - Family Fun Tennis with Katie B.  Work together as a family team to take part in fun and active tennis challenges - rolling, throwing, hitting and more!

11.30am to 12pm - Cardio Tennis Taster.  Join Katie B for high-energy, fun, and social workout for all ages and abilities. Set to music, the session combines tennis drills with fitness activities, so you’ll hit plenty of balls and get your heart pumping

3.30pm to 5pm - Drills and skills with tennis coach Dan James. Dan will coach the fundamentals to players giving you the tools to practice with friends & family. We will close the session with friendly Team Tennis Matches that includes medals and certificates.  Suitable for ages 12years plus.
