Intro to Pickleball

Pickleball 101 is your Introduction to Pickleball. This fun-filled, activity-based, 45 minute lesson will give you the practice you need to be able to start playing pickleball with confidence. Designed for beginners to pickleball, go from giggles to glory - you’ll laugh, learn and play. No previous racquet sports experience is required. In Pickleball 101, you are going to learn to play pickleball by playing. You are going to hit a tonne of balls You’ll learn and practice the basics of the serve, return and volley. You’ll learn the rules of pickleball and how to score, but this isn’t a theory lesson. The focus will be on what makes pickleball fun - hitting the ball back and forth over the net.
