This is an adult’s course for players over the age of 18. This course will be led by our newest coach, Abbie! All equipment is provided, you are welcome to bring your own. Improver courses are aimed at players who would be around the orange / yellow level on our rainbow level player guide. Improvers coaching courses are a great way to keep playing tennis and start to sharpen your skills. By the end of the course, you will be all set to serve, rally and win points. These skills give the foundation to then continue playing tennis on a regular basis, whether in a social or competitive environment.
