This adult beginner/improver tennis coaching course is suitable for all adults who are new to tennis and who are looking for improve their skills on court. This course will cover the basic strokes such as forehand, backhand and serve and set you on the pathway towards playing some social tennis and beyond. It will be supportive and reassuring in approach. All you need to do is bring yourself and ideally a racket, although we do have some spare ones if you haven’t your own!
