Tennis Xpress is a curriculum tailored to adult beginners, Cardio Tennis is designed to improve your fitness and Pair and Play hones in on doubles development. All of these are combined to give you the best drills, point based scenarios and games to improve your game. Structured to keep players active and learning, the adult coaching programme is an exciting chance for you to come and work on your game with a welcoming group.
