GB players bring back 15 medals from the ITF World Super Seniors Individual Championships

GB players won a total of 15 medals in singles and doubles events at the ITF World Super Seniors Individual Championships in Croatia - 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 12 Bronze!

The ITF Super-Seniors World Individual Championships is the highest ranked event on the ITF Seniors Circuit for male and female players in the age categories of 65-85. 484 players took part in the clay court event in Ulmag, Croatia from 22-29 September.

GB’s Chris Ornstien partnered Bruce Barrett (USA) to take the Gold medal in the Men’s 70s Doubles event. They beat Luis Flor De La Morena (Spain) & Peter Kolacek (Switzerland) 6-4, 6-2 in the final. British pair Lillian Geey and Godfrey Evans won the Silver Medal in the Mixed 65 doubles.

Marjory Love and Rosemary Wilson won a Silver Medal in the Women's 65s Doubles.
