United Cup | Scheldule & format
What is the United Cup?
In only it’s second year, the United Cup is an international mixed-team event taking place in Perth and Sydney, Australia, to kick-start the season.
Great Britain are set to feature in the competition for the second time after making the quarter-finals in 2023.
United Cup format
The United Cup is made up of 18 national teams, divided into six groups of three.
Each national team can nominate six players in their team – three men and three women.
Teams will compete against the other two nations in their group in a round-robin format. The team with the most wins once all matches are complete will go through to the quarter-finals, before the semis and final in Sydney.
The ties are played as best of three matches – a men’s singles, women’s singles and a mixed doubles rubber.
