• Select all the tickets/products you wish to purchase and put them in your basket.

Please remember, donations to the Tennis Foundation cannot be paid in full or part with customer credit.

• Once on the summary page, scroll towards the bottom and you will see your available credit that can be used to pay. Simply tick the box which states ‘use my balance’.
• Once the box is ticked, this will deduct the credit amount from your order total.

Please remember, if the total amount of credit you have on your account is more than your order, the ticketing system will automatically use the total amount of credit to fulfil your order. Any remaining credit will stay on your account and can be used for future transactions. If the total amount of credit you have is less than your order, it will deduct this amount from the total order and then you will have to pay for the rest with debit or credit card.

• To process with your payment, tick the terms and conditions box and click proceed to payment. If you have no more money to pay, your order will be complete. If you have an outstanding balance, you will need to input your credit or debit card to complete your order and pay the remaining balance
