Eastleigh Borough Council (the Council) is carrying out a procurement exercise for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification (Services). The Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced tennis operators, to manage the park tennis provision and promote community tennis opportunities across 5 courts over 2 sites.

This ITT contains information about the procurement process, the Services, and assessment questions for Tenderers to complete. Each Tenderer's response (Tender) should be detailed enough to allow the Council to make an informed selection of the most appropriate solution.

The Borough of Eastleigh is a local government district with borough status in Hampshire, England.

The Council have secured funding through the LTA Park Tennis Programme to refurbish two sites located within the borough, as detailed below:
3 court site (floodlit) at The Hub, Bishopstoke Eastleigh, SO50 6LA.
2 Court site (non-floodlit) at Bursledon Recreation Ground, Long Lane, Bursledon, SO31 8DA

There are a total of 5 courts across both sites which have been available for community use, although poor condition and the absence of a managed booking system means that previous usage is unknown.
