Renowned for developing talent from the ground up to county, regional, and national levels, we provide an outstanding environment for a passionate performance coach. Responsibilities:

Lead innovative and inspiring group and individual coaching sessions, setting the bar for excellence.

Organize and oversee competitions that nurture a love for the game while focusing on skill advancement.

Maintain effective communication with parents, creating a supportive network around our athletes.

Ensure precise record-keeping and efficient administration are upheld across the program.

Working with the Tennis Director, drive the strategy and direction of our coaching team, ensuring alignment with our academy's goals and methodology.

The Tennis Cafe (www.thetenniscafe.com) is at the forefront of performance and development coaching in Sussex, offering a comprehensive range of programs from our performance programme for county-standard juniors to our innovative pre-school Tots Academy.
