As a self-employed Padel Coach, you will deliver and train weekly junior and adult groups, ensuring our community receive exceptional coaching. You will provide instruction on a variety of topics such as technique, stroke production and strategy, and be able to adapt your coaching for different levels of players.

You will deliver group lessons and host social tournaments.

You will be responsible for ensuring and promoting equality of opportunity and recognizing the needs of different groups and individuals, as well as ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all customers.
