Motivated Level 3 (or above)Tennis Coach at large indoor centre
We run a successful coaching programme at the The Shrewsbury Club with over 500 players playing per week and a total club membership of 6000+. We are looking for a highly motivated social person who has a love for tennis. The club is always growing, and we aim to continue to develop, so we need a team member who is forward thinking, likes a challenge and is committed to the role of not just developing players but helping to build a full tennis community.
This role is self-employed with potential annual earnings of approx.40K per annum commensurate with your experience.

In addition to the role at The Shrewsbury Club, there is also the opportunity for additional coaching hours across our other Shropshire venues & our community facility - The Cathie Sabin Community Tennis Centre. Deployment in schools will also be available in the daytimes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coaching Delivery
•High quality group coaching to all age groups across the programme
•Tennis camps
•Schools programme
Management
•Planning and developing the coaching programme
•Promotion of coaching activities
•Working with the club committee
•Attend i2c training and meetings and work with admin support staff

•10-15 programme hours plus individuals

You will be joining a well-established and respected club which is part of a wider group of clubs in Cambridgeshire. There are opportunities to work at multiple venues & opportunities to progress quickly into Head coach roles for the right candidate.
