Tennis Staffordshire is supported by a team of volunteer offficials.
Ian Dudson is the Chairman of Dudson Ltd, a 209 years old family business. The Dudson company have been long time supporters and sponsors of tennis in Staffordshire.
Ian undertakes a number of other roles within the North Staffordshire community which include being the current President of the British Ceramic Confederation. He is also Chair of the Council at Keele University and a Board member of the local Chamber of Commerce. He is also actively involved with the North Staffordshire Regeneration Zone being a member of the Board and Chairing the Marketing Programme. Ian is also Honorary President of the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
Martyn is the Director of Sport Specialism at Stafford Sports College. He is passionate about sport and especially tennis. Martyn introduced yearly tennis tours to the sports college and also created the successful bid for 6 NDF funded tennis courts.
Martyn is the Chairman of Staffordshire Schools Tennis and has worked with the LTA on tennis leaders award and schools tennis development. He became Tennis Staffordshire Chairman in January 2009.

Clive is an experienced accountant working in the educational sector for last 15 years and also with experience at a senior executive level in commerce. Clive has been treasurer for Tennis Staffordshire since 2001.
Clive is a sport enthusiast whose main activity is playing Golf and he also likes watching football. He used to play tennis as a teenager, apparently very badly though!

Matt is passionate about sport, especially tennis and as a qualified coach, referee and tutor plus a club committee member and team player is committed to the development of tennis at all levels. As a sports development professional Matt has experience of creating and delivering successful programmes in club, school and community settings.

Neil has played in the staffordshire inter club tennis leagues for over 40 years and he still currently plays in the top division for Florence Tennis Club. Neil has also captaned the county Veterains team at both over 45's and currently at over 55's level. Neil has recently retired from teaching after 38 years as Head of PE.
Benson first joined the then Staffordshire LTA Council in 1978 as Match Secretary for the Men's County Team. Subsequently he also became Competitions Secretary and Men's Team Captain. Currently he is Veterans Team Coordinator and one of our two LTA Councillors.
Benson played for the Men's senior team for 30 years and at present plays for the 55s and this year have been selected to play for GB 55s in Mallorca. He is very pleased to be involved with the new streamlined Tennis Staffordshire Management Team!

Mike is presently one of the two Staffordshire LTA Councillors and was Chair of Staffordshire LTA from 1986 to 1991 and Wimbledon Ticket Secretary for a number of years in addition to being Manager of the Under 18 Boys Junior County Cup team. Mike is also a member of the LTA Disciplinary Committee, former Chair of the LTA Coach Licensing Committee and former Vice Chair of the LTA Funding Committee.
Mike is the Hon Treasurer of the Staffs Inter Club Tennis League and former President and Hon Secretary of the Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club. Mike has also represented Tennis on the Federation of Sport & Recreation Organisations (West Midlands) for some years.

Stuart has worked as a performance coach in Staffordshire for the past twelve years, running comprehensive development and performance programmes at Stone LTC, Streetly LTC and currently at Wolverhampton LT&SC. He has coached players to over 70 county titles and 1 national title. Stuart has worked for Tennis Staffordshire since 1997 as County Performance Officer and in that time has seen the progression of talented mini tennis players through to international players.
