The PDM is responsible for developing and managing School Sport Partnerships within, between and beyond schools, to ensure every child matters in physical education and sport.
The main responsibilities of a PDM are to ensure:
• High Quailty Physical Education for all Young People• Access to High Quality Activities on a School Site• Signpost to High Quality Activities in a Community Environment• Provision for Young People to develop their potential• High Quality Coaching, Leading and Volunteering
