Job Description

  • To run Mini Tennis sessions including Tots Tennis, Mini Red, Orange and Green- evening weekdays, and Sunday mornings (Saturday morning also an option).
  • To occasionally cover other group sessions where required.
  • To provide individual lessons to club members at times to suit your availability.
  • To coach at Holiday camps throughout school holidays which take place Tuesday-Thursday 9am-4pm.
  • Additional work is on offer at school tennis festivals and events that we host throughout the summer months.

Person Specification

‘Tennis 4 All’ at Caunton Tennis Club are looking to recruit a coach to run group coaching for mini tennis players both at Caunton Tennis Club, after schools clubs and Local village halls around the area.

The coach will be responsible to the Head Coach and will be self employed.

Required skills and experience

  • Qualified Level 2 or 3 Coach
  • LTA accredited and Insured
  • First aid certificate
  • DBS certificate
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Experience of working with small and larger school groups.

Additional Information

  • The coach will have a coach agreement with ‘Tennis 4 All’ and will be self employed.
  • The coach will be paid on an hourly basis and the rate of pay will depend on the level of the coach and will invoiced monthly.
  • Individual lessons will be paid direct to the coach at an agreed hourly rate.
  • Coach to start week beginning April 22nd following Easter Monday.
