When you create a profile, you can indicate which League/s you are interested in playing in. This will save in your account and means that you will be emailed directly with updates or entry links to the next Round. If you want to add more Leagues to your account, click 'Edit your details', then 'E-mail subscriptions' and then type in the League you'd like to subscribe to, and click 'Save'.
