Deloitte Digital Champion Programme

What is the Deloitte Digital Champion Programme?

As you may know, we have a Digital Transformation Partnership between the LTA and Deloitte, with the ultimate aim of accelerating the LTA’s vision to get as many people as possible involved in tennis across Great Britain.

As part of this partnership, we are delighted to announce that after a successful pilot in 2020 we will be scaling up the programme by offering digital and business skills to LTA Registered Venues through the 'Digital Champions' programme. The LTA are utilising experienced Deloitte Consultants with a knowledge of digital and business skills, to support venues as they look to shape and implement digital and social media initiatives.

By signing up to the programme, an LTA Registered Venue will receive six, virtual one-hour monitoring sessions from Deloitte consultants free of charge over a six-month period.  There is no cost to your venue for signing up to the programme.

How can this scheme benefit your venue?

We know from the 2020 survey with Deloitte on ‘Venue Skills in a Digital Era’ that venues are most interested in receiving training in areas including: digital content and digital marketing.

This opportunity gives venues a chance to learn first hand from Deloitte Consultants how to develop their digital skills to build a successful and sustainable venue, how to use digital technology to create and deliver venue content in new and exciting ways, and how to develop the skills needed to promote tennis venues online and target customers with digital marketing campaigns.

  • Advice to help you understand how you can use digital to support your club ambitions
  • An understanding of best digital practices
  • A chance to share and discuss your ideas on social media, digital marketing and digital presence, and how to put them into practice

What the programme does not provide

  • ClubSpark training or support
  • Resource to implement digital initiatives
