Tennis Coach - Surrey
This role is part of a team of coaches working under the supervision of the Head Coach. Collaboration and regular communication with the Head Coach and other team members are essential to ensure the successful delivery of the tennis program.
Confident in conducting individual and group coaching sessions for various skill levels, ensuring that players receive right guidance and instruction.
Schedule: Part-time or full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends about 20 hours to cover.
Our club features six tennis courts, five of which are floodlit, and one floodlit padel court. The successful applicant will enjoy full membership benefits, including access to our pool and gym, as well as a discount at our bar.

Experience: Minimum two years of coaching experience, preferably with a Level 2 or 3 certification.
•Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of tennis techniques and training methods.
•Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple sessions and maintain accurate records.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective interaction with players, parents, and colleagues.
•Creativity and Initiative: Proactive in bringing new ideas and approaches to the coaching program.
•Team Player: Works well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing positively.
•Punctuality and Reliability: Consistently on time and dependable.
