Tennis Coach - Middlesex, London
This position is based within our park programme in Middlesex, London, in the Borough of Brent, spanning nine parks with extensive tennis facilities. The coach will work alongside the Head Coach and team to deliver and enhance a comprehensive tennis development programme across these venues.
The role guarantees 20 hours of group coaching per week, with additional opportunities for individual coaching sessions to boost earning potential. Coaches will have the chance to shape and grow group work further, with holiday camps and tournament delivery also available on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-quality tennis programme that caters to all ages and abilities across multiple park venues.
Provide a minimum of 20 hours of core coaching weekly, including junior, adult, and school sessions, while being available for individual coaching delivery.
Assess and adapt the programme regularly to ensure continuous improvement and growth in participation.
Contribute to the delivery of holiday camps, tournaments, and community events to enhance the programme’s impact.
Collaborate with the Head Coach and team to support the programme’s goals and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Brent Parks Tennis
Brent Parks Tennis operates across 9 parks in the vibrant Brent borough, including Alperton Sports Ground, Chelmsford Square, Eton Grove, King Edward VII Park, Preston Park, Roe Green Park, and Gladstone Park. We provide a wide range of tennis opportunities for nearly 400 players of all ages and abilities, with a professional weekly coaching program that includes:
LTA Youth: Coaching for children aged 4-17, focusing on fun, skill development, and teamwork.
Adult Coaching: Sessions catering to all levels, from beginners to advanced players.
Individual Coaching: Tailored one-on-one sessions to help players reach their full potential.
Additionally, we run holiday camps, competitions, and community events, offering something for everyone in the family.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
LTA Level 2 Coaching Qualification or above (Level 3 or higher strongly preferred).
Proven experience delivering a range of tennis coaching sessions for various age groups and abilities.
Ability to travel to venues and a commitment to being present at all required sessions.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with players, parents, and colleagues.
