We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring tennis loving coach to join a well established coaching team, delivering a wide range of tennis coaching activities from mini tennis to adult group coaching and individual sessions, in a friendly family club . The job will be over 5-6 days and will include evenings and weekends and will be a combination of club organised sessions and self organised individuals.
We are looking for a confident coach who is both comfortable working within a team as well as on their own. We need someone who can deliver a high level of customer service both on and off the court and work with a variety of playing standards.
Someone who wants to continually develop their own skills and work with others who love tennis at all levels.

Having a good level of play is also a desirable asset.

Valid DBS, Safeguarding, and First Aid Certification

Edgbaston Archery has a very diverse coaching programme. With a young dynamic Tennis Committee wanting to expand sessions and the coaching programme. We have 10 courts (6 with floodlights)

Level 2 or 3 Coach (mandatory)

Proven experience working with both juniors and adults

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on and off the court

A team player able to lead sessions and support the Head Coach

Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and school holidays

Enthusiasm for coaching and developing players of all abilities

Decent level of play
