The coach will work alongside the head coach and the coaching team to manage our junior and adult programs. Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching junior and adult after-school/evening squads
• Leading Saturday morning junior and adult squads. 9am - 12.30pm
• Coaching in local schools throughout the week.

Additionally, the coach will have opportunities to conduct private 1:1 coaching sessions throughout the week, with our support to quickly grow these sessions. The coach will keep all income of these and will not need to pay any court fee.

High Wycombe Lawn Tennis Club provides tennis and social activities for the enjoyment of all adult and junior members. The Club has six all weather, floodlit courts – 3 artificial clay and 3 astro turf – allowing play under all but the most adverse conditions.

We have a spacious clubhouse equipped with toilet and changing facilities, a bar, a television, and a table tennis table.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate coach with excellent communication skills. They should have experience leading squads, school clubs, and holiday camps. We are looking for someone trustworthy and reliable, who can occasionally take charge as the senior coach at the club.
